Suggested Use:
Suitable for daily use for anyone aged 12 years and over.
Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with food.
Capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and contents sprinkled on cold food or mixed with a cold drink.
If you are taking antibiotics:
Take 2 capsules daily, ideally with meal.
Continue for 2 weeks after you have finished your antibiotics
Caution:
Suitable for 12 years+. Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. Capsule can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or cold drink. For full benefits take daily for at least 3 months. Safe for long term use. If taking with antibiotics, leave 2-4 hours in between, continue 2 capsules daily for 2 weeks after the treatment.
