Wonton Soup with Abalone Hot Chilli Sea Sauce
INGREDIENTS
100 g Pork Mince
10 g Bok Choy
5 g Spring Onion, Finely Chopped
100 g Wonton Wrappers
2 Tsp Kansom Abalone Hot Chilli Sea Sauce
Pinch White Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pinch Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
METHOD
1. Combine the pork mince, spring onions, Abalone Hot Chilli Sea Sauce, white pepper, salt and sesame oil in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Spoon a teaspoon of pork mixture onto the centre of each wrapper. To enclose, lift the corners of the wrapper to meet in the centre and pinch the edges together.
3. Boil the chicken stock over high heat. Whilst the soup is boiling, cut off the bok choy's vegetable stalks and par boil. Then set aside.
4. Add the wontons to the boiled soup and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until the wontons are cooked. Then remove from heat.
5. To serve, pour soup into a bowl and garnish with the bok choy.
